Our lifetime guarantee

We’ll support you throughout your product’s lifecycle. And if anything goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to make things right. 

We offer a lifetime guarantee to original product owners, valid for as long as they use the product.  

The guarantee is non-transferable and only applies when products are installed correctly, using the instructions provided on our website, and by a competent person or a professional. Any alterations made to products will invalidate the guarantee.

Light bulbs and products that contain microchips are guaranteed for one year.

We don’t offer cover for normal wear and tear, the natural wear and aging of our finishes, accidental damage, damage during installation, or home damage resulting from our products. 

Where products are used in commercial business, rentals, or other non-residential settings, the guarantee is limited to five years from the order date.

Just call or email us with your order details to make a claim and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll need you to provide details of the order placed directly on our website, or the details of the interior designer, retailer, or contractor who supplied the products to you. Claims from secondary marketplaces like eBay or Facebook Marketplace are not accepted. 

If something breaks, we'll fix it, replace the part, or offer a similar product if the original isn't available. We’ll decide the best way to help you. One-time repair or replacement per item only. Any import duties and additional costs related to repairs or replacements are not included.
