"Corston" means Corston holding companies, parent companies, and sister companies currently existing or established in the future.
1. The buyer must not use Corston’s product imagery, brand assets, trademarks, or related marketing materials without prior written approval. This helps to make sure Corston is represented accurately and consistently. Any use without approval may be treated as a breach of this agreement and could result in a review of the buyer’s trading rights.
2. The buyer must not advertise, promote, or market Corston’s products on any marketplaces, platforms, or other marketing or distribution channels unless Corston has given prior written consent.
3. The buyer can only display Corston’s products in their physical showrooms, unless expressly authorized otherwise.
4. This agreement doesn’t give the buyer any rights to act as an agent, representative, affiliate, or partner of Corston.
5. The buyer must not represent Corston in any capacity or make commitments on behalf of Corston.
